Wanting to introduce Ethiopian cuisine in India, our client wished to create a brochure highlighting the benefits of Injera, a pancake-like dish rich with health benefits. The brand was called Maharsh and it focused on highlighting that the flavours and ingredients of the dishes are taken straight from Ethiopia, imported and brought to India.
To exemplify the traditional nature, we researched and created a brochure highlighting Ethiopian women in their traditional attire with a classic Ethiopian kitchen, cooking Injera. The brochure introduces the cuisine, its health benefits and how one is supposed to eat this dish.
